The right people. The right training. Prepare to be inspired.

The Inspire team puts over a half century of experience and compassion to work for every individual and family we serve. Family owned and operated, Inspire Home Care has built our reputation on:

  • Hiring the best and the brightest caregivers in Southeast Michigan
  • Preparing every team member to meet every challenge by providing in-house training and requiring up-to-date accreditation and certification
  • Supporting our team members with the resources and assistance to deliver exceptional care in all situations

Medical Care
Nursing care is provided by both registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs).
As needed, the nursing staff is assisted by certified nursing assistants (CNAs), certified wound care specialists (WCCs) and IV/infusion care specialists.

Rehabilitation
Many different skills need rebuilding after an accident or injury, and even the most active seniors need skills and strength to maintain their independence. To meet those needs, Inspire’s staff also includes physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs) and speech and language pathologists (SLPs).

Nutrition
Aging, illness and injury can all create nutritional challenges. Inspire’s registered dietitians are available for on-site consultations to evaluate nutritional needs, establish dietary strategies and monitor progress.

Caregiving
Medical assistance isn’t the only essential care we provide. At Inspire, we know that help with life’s practical challenges is another essential key to getting the most out of every day. Non-medical services are provided by Inspire’s staff of home health aides (HHAs) and companions, who are trained to help with everything from bathing and dressing to cooking and light housekeeping to shopping and errands. Our caregivers are also there to the offer the warm, reliable companionship so essential to reassuring our clients that they don’t need to feel alone.

The most important member of the Inspire team: You.

Inspire offers a unique, single-point model for the coordination of both medical and non-medical services, which makes life easier for everyone concerned with the client’s wellbeing. The client, family members, healthcare providers and case managers are all essential voices in the development of the care plan, and in the ongoing reviews and revisions designed to meet each client’s evolving needs.
